DELIVERY TIME
For products available in our warehouse, the delivery time is up to two working days.
Delivery time in Latvia is one to two working days. In case the selected courier mail encounters a sudden increase in the volume of shipments, MINTSTORE.LV reserves the right to change the delivery method by informing the customer in advance.
For goods that are temporarily unavailable in our warehouse, we provide delivery from the manufacturer's warehouse within 5-9 working days.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
Exchange of goods once is free of charge. If you wish to exchange goods, please contact us using the available contact information.
You can return the ordered goods within 14 days of receiving them. To return the order in part or in full, please contact us using the contacts available on the website.
The cost of return is borne by the buyer of the goods. In case of an error in order picking, MINTSTORE.LV covers all exchange costs.
